Working principle:

Extrusion and propulsion using the extruder’s pressure ring and screw system removes gases from the material and is rapidly filled by the material. The material undergoes the shearing force’s action and generates backflow, which increases the pressure in the chamber. With the friction between the screw and the chamber, the material is fully mixed, extruded, heated, glued, and gelatinized, and the original structure is damaged. At the same time, the machine can be transformed into heat energy through the friction of materials in the bore, making the materials become a gelled state with flowing properties. When the materials are squeezed to the outlet, the pressure changes from high pressure to normal pressure, from high temperature to normal temperature, causing the water to evaporate from the organizational structure rapidly, forming numerous microporous structures inside. The raw material will be squeezed through a small mold hole. When it contacts the air, it will keep its shape and expand rapidly. When the snack is extruded from the die, a set of blades rotate at high speed of 16 revolutions per second, cutting the snack into its final shape.
